The best nutritional program is the one that works best for you!

No one has a crystal ball that will reveal the ideal program for you. We all want the best product, the best doctor, the guaranteed outcome. But none of this is guaranteed. You have to learn enough about your situation and your options to be able to make an informed choice.

Many people don’t want the responsibility of making the choice. Certainly many of us don’t have the training or education so we seek out the opinion of others. We are not confident in our knowledge and understanding. That’s why we find our trusted experts. Who can guide you? When it comes to nutritional products there is a great deal of confusion among consumers. There are so many products, and so many claims that we become overwhelmed with the choices. We are pretty sure we can’t trust everything we hear, so how do we make sense of it all? Who and what can you trust?

Make Better ChoicesWe live in a world of uncertainty. It is the norm. For many, if not most, of us we are not confident that we know enough to make a decision. We are also confused by the amount of information, and that information is often contrary and contradictory. There is plenty of information. What is lacking is context. The solution is to find trusted sources. The challenge is to identify who and what can be trusted.

Over the years, I have been a trusted resource for many people. My goal is for Health Quest Podcast to be a trusted resource. One objective is to help people understand their choices and how to make distinctions between options. As we understand more, we are better able to make choices that are better suited to our circumstances. Better choices about your life and health can provide huge benefits both now and over time.

In this show I will discuss the concepts of how to make better choices relative to your nutritional programs. How you can have greater control and expect better outcomes. There is no one best product or protocol. There is no magic way to do this. Better health comes from lifestyle and nutritional choices. This show discusses those things that I have used for over 40 years to help others. I think they may be useful to you as well.
