Steve LankfordLet me just state for the record that I think that Dr. Stephen Sinatra has written a brilliant book in Metabolic Cardiology. He has given the average man access to the benefits of metabolic (or nutritional) cardiology. This is not an easy task. Trying to explain the subtleties and complexities of modern nutritional science and how it can benefit one’s cardiac health is a skill that not many doctors have. Especially when it comes to explaining it in such a way that the average person, even the average cardiac patient can understand and use.

Listen to my interview with Dr. Sinatra and you will be convinced that metabolic cardiology is a powerful adjunct to any cardiac therapy. Dr. Sinatra’s protocols are designed to nourish the energy producers in every heart cell and he clearly explains the importance of every nutrient he has used with his cardiac patients. In his book, he gives his very specific protocols for various cardiac conditions. His protocols describe the nutrients and dosages that he uses for various cardiac conditions.

If you, or a loved one has a cardiac concern, you owe it to yourself to at least listen to my interview with Dr. Sinatra. I am sure you will be intrigued to learn more. If nothing else you will have gained a powerful insight to the extraordinary benefits that nutrition has to offer the cardiac patient.
